This home was furnished and decorated to bring a sense of living at the shore to a landlocked home. The main theme is nautical with a cottage twist. Bold use of color and high contrast made for a pleasant and livable interior. Wainscoting in the Family room and Dining room added dimension and texture to very plain walls. The fireplace was added to create a focal point in the Living room area.
Hot - Hot - Hot! !!!! Tropical

Color is everywhere ~ Warm reds, Hot orange, Kiwi green, Aqua blue, you name it, it's out there! This model home was so much fun to decorate. It's tropical with a contemporary flair. The textures of the rattan furnishings and the use of contemporary metallics create the perfect backdrop for the warm, vibrant colors used for the upholstery and window treatments. Don't be afraid to go colorful. The abundance of sunlight makes the HOT~HOT~HOT feel right at home!
